Plans and minutes
Which plan is right for me?

Lite (€59/mo, 200 minutes) — small practices and businesses with low call volume (~5 calls/day).

Starter (€99/mo, 400 minutes) — small businesses with low volume: small dental practices, barbershops, salons.

Professional (€299/mo, 1,500 minutes) — medium businesses receiving many calls daily: medical clinics, real estate agencies, small hotels.

Premium (€749/mo, 4,000 minutes) — high-volume businesses or multi-location: clinics, hotels, salon chains.

What happens if I exceed the included minutes?

Your agent keeps answering calls — it doesn't stop. Extra minutes are billed at your plan rate:

  • Lite: €0.30/min extra
  • Starter: €0.25/min extra
  • Professional: €0.22/min extra
  • Premium: €0.20/min extra

We notify you via email at 80%, 100%, 150%, and 200% of usage so you can upgrade if you have consistently high volume.

Do unused minutes roll over to next month?

No. Minutes reset at the start of each billing month. We've calibrated plans to cover realistic needs without forcing you to take more than you use.

If you consistently don't use all your minutes, you may need a smaller plan — write to us and we'll help you downgrade.

How are minutes calculated?

Only actual talk time with the agent is counted, rounded to two decimals. A 3 minute 24 second call = 3.4 minutes.

Not billed:

  • Calls that aren't answered
  • Voicemails left
  • Ringing time (while phone is ringing)

How do I get started?

You choose the right plan, pay, and the agent goes live on day one.

Book a 15-minute demo — we show you the agent live and set up the next steps together. Cancel anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, with one click. No cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, then stops automatically.

Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After 30 days, it's permanently deleted per GDPR.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. All plans are monthly, no minimum commitment. You pay month by month and cancel when you want.

If you choose annual (prepaid for 12 months), you get 2 months free — but even there you can request a prorated refund in legitimate cases.

Do you accept RON or just EUR?

We accept both currencies. Use the toggle on the pricing page to view in RON or EUR. Payment is in the currency you choose at purchase.

We invoice per Romanian law (with VAT included for Romanian customers, reverse-charge VAT for EU B2B customers).

Add-ons & extras
Can I have multiple agents or phone numbers?

Yes. Each plan includes 1 agent + 1 number. For extras:

  • Additional agent: €15/month
  • Additional phone number: €15/month

Useful for businesses with multiple locations or divisions (e.g., clinic with different specialties).

Can I integrate with my CRM?

We support integration with:

  • Google Calendar — for automatic appointments
  • Microsoft Outlook — for automatic appointments
  • Calendly — for appointments
  • HubSpot — on request (Premium plan)

For other CRMs (Pipedrive, Salesforce, custom), contact us — we can develop custom integration on Professional+ plans.

Do you support multiple languages?

Yes. The Vocalyy agent can respond natively in:

  • English
  • Romanian
  • Hungarian
  • German, French, Spanish, Italian (on request)

You configure the languages you accept in the dashboard. Useful for businesses in tourism or working with international clients.

Technical aspects
What happens if the agent can't answer a question?

The agent has 3 options:

  1. Honestly says "I'm not sure, let me connect you to a human" — and transfers the call
  2. Records the question and promises someone will call back
  3. Sends the question via email/SMS to you

You choose the flow in your dashboard.

Are calls recorded?

Yes, but per GDPR:

  • The caller is informed at the start of each call
  • Recordings are kept max 90 days, then automatically deleted
  • Transcripts are kept for 12 months
  • You can request deletion anytime

How fast does the agent respond?

Average latency 1.5-2.5 seconds after you finish speaking, under normal network conditions. Natural enough for the conversation to flow without awkward pauses.
